Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy for all unopened products, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We have a 7-day return policy for all opened products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will have a 25% restocking fee applied to all resellable products. Does not apply to damaged or broken goods. The customer will be responsible for the return label total unless package is delivered damaged or they are sent the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Must be in excellent condition.
- Original packaging is not damaged.
- No missing parts (including any replacement parts that you have received).
Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your expense if received by us:
- Products not purchased directly from Ghostkeyboards.com.
- Unopened, unused products beyond 15 days from the delivery date.
- Opened, used products beyond 7 days from the delivery date.
- Products returned without the complete original packaging and accessories, including the box, manuals, cables, and all items originally included.
- Products with removed UPC codes from their packaging, if applicable.
- Products showing any signs of physical damage, including but not limited to damage to the box and accessories.
- Products with broken factory seals or tampered ‘Do Not Remove’ stickers.
- Products that have been affected by any type of spill.
- Products for which a mail-in rebate has already been claimed.
- Any custom-made or handmade items.
- Clearance items
To start a return, please contact us at support@ghostkeyboards.com with your order number and product details. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We have full rights to decline refunds if the product fails an inspection check. This may happen if the product has been damaged during use or the condition of the product is not eligible for return. All keycaps are not returnable after purchase, due to the nature of their limited availability.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your product is not shipped, you may request a refund and order cancel at any time.
You are responsible for properly packing and shipping your return products including the shipping cost. Please follow our return instructions. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or rejected because you did not follow the return instructions.
Do note that you are responsible for any damage or loss of the goods during the return process.
All refund and return decisions by Ghost Keyboards are final.
