The Ghost A1 stands for "Aluminum one," which means the case is constructed by one solid piece of aluminum that wraps around the complete keyboard securing it in position.
The Ghost K1 stands for "Keyboard one"- our Ghost K1 keyboard, in contrast to our Ghost A1 keyboard, is gripped tightly by plastic and not aluminum. Ghost K1 is our entry-level keyboard to encourage anyone to pick up the keys.
The K1 PRO is our most recent iteration of the K1 keyboard. It a custom acrylic case, 5-pin Hot-swappable PCB, Double Shot PBT keycaps, and much more!

Unfortunately our A1 & K1 keyboards are not, that does not mean that we won't offer a keyboard that is hot swappable in the future.
All our current keyboards are standard QWERTY layout.
Keyboard LED Notice
Please note those lights are indicators of whether your Keyboard Battery is fully charged or out of charge.
a) Green light indicates Full Charge.
b) Red light indicates charging in process.
Note: There is no way to disable that function while using it with the cable.
We ship mostly worldwide with the exception to a couple of locations, see below if you country is not included.

Our warehouse is based in Texas, USA, and will usually take 1-3 working days to be processed and are delivered within 5-7 working days from pick up date. Exceptions include distant locations, preorders and stock availability.
* Ghost Keyboards will not be held accountable for any shipping delays due to customs or carrier delays and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
As soon as you have completed your order, you will initially receive an order confirmation email. Once your product is ready to ship, you will receive another email containing your tracking information with a tracking number.
You can download an app called Shop which will allow you to track all your orders online in one app.
Lost Package Policy
Use this section for any descriptive text you need to fill out your pages or to add introductory headings between other blocks.
In the case the parcel has been lost by the courier or has been delivered but not received by you, please file a claim with the courier.
Courier services are liable for all lost packages and will be able to assist you.
We are unable to provide you with refunds or replacements if this were to happen.
Returns And Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you encounter any damaged, defective or missing parts, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the affected area so our Support team can do their best to assist you. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy that we have in place for more information.

All Keyboards, Mice, have an included warranty of 1 year.
EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM ended in Jan 2022. If you bought a keyboard after that, your products are covered 1 year from the date of purchase.
*Bluetooth adapter, key puller, spare spacebar and liquid damage are NOT covered under warranty as it is only a complimentary accessory.
